  • How far is the airport from Kissimmee?

    Kissimmee is located 20-25 miles from Orlando International Airport (MCO). Depending on where you stay it can take anywhere from from 30 to 50 minutes due to rush hour.

  • Is there a down payment or deposit to reserve a house?

    Yes, we require a 30% down payment for reservations booked more than 31 days from the arrival date. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If you book your reservation 30 days or less from the arrival date, full payment will be required.

  • How can I pay for my stay?

    You will receive a booking confirmation once your reservation is confirmed, terms & agreement are signed, and all fees are paid. 407VHR will email you your arrival information and instructions for the property booked 48 hours prior to arrival.

  • When will I receive my “arrival information” with address and codes?

    You will receive a booking confirmation once your reservation is confirmed, terms & agreement are signed, and all fees are paid. 407VHR will email you your arrival information and instructions for the property booked 48 hours prior to arrival.

  • Where can I get the keys for the property?

    All 407VHR properties use an electronic lock code that allows for independent check in/out. This means you won’t need to worry about lost keys or being checked in at a specific time. Codes are changed after every guest. You will receive your door lock and gate code 48 hours prior to arrival.

  • What time is check-in and check-out?

    Check-in begins at 4:00pm. You will use the code provided for the duration of your stay. Check-out is no later than 11:00am so we can prepare property for our next guest.

  • Can I request early check-in or late check-out?

    Early check-in and late check-out must be requested by email in advance. Additional fees may apply.

  • Are pets allowed in our properties?

    No, pets are not allowed under any circumstances. All of our properties are pet-free and have a strict “no pet” policy.

  • Are the kitchens equipped?

    Yes, all of our kitchens come fully equipped with toasters, coffee makers, blenders, cookware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and more

  • Do I need to bring linens or towels?

    We provide linens, towels, and even beach/ pool towels for your convenience! These are cleaned after every checkout.

  • What else is provided?

    Hairdryers, irons, ironing boards, & a washer/dryer are provided in all our properties.

  • Is housekeeping service provided?

    Housekeeping services are preformed and provided after each checkout. If you would like to request additional daily or mid-stay housekeeping services, please let us know! They can be arranged at an additional charge.

  • What is 407VHR cancellation policy?

    If the Reservation is canceled 31 or more days prior to the arrival date, the Deposit is refunded minus an 8% Fee to cover transactions costs. If the Reservation is canceled 30 days or less prior to the arrival date, any amount paid towards that Reservation will not be refunded.

  • Can I use the BBQ?

    Many of our properties come with a BBQ grill. If your home has one, a tank of propane will also be provided. It is the guests’ responsibility to replenish the tank should it become necessary during the stay. Please ask about this in advance as there is an additional charge associated with use of the grill.

  • What if we have an after-hours emergency or problem?

    If it is a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 immediately. If not, please call, text, or WhatsApp us at +1 (407) 544-0474. All issues will be documented and addressed in a timely manner.

  • How do I turn on the Pool/Spa heat?

    Some of our properties come with a pool and/or spa. Please make a request in advance if you would like them heated. There is a $40/ day charge for this service. Do not try to turn on heat on your own as this is a remote system.
