- Free Parking: Parking available for 4 vehicles No additional parking available on the premises.
- PRIVATE POOL: This property is equipped with a private pool. A $45 additional fee is required for each change of water and sanitization during the stay. Guests must prepay and make arrangements prior to arrival.
- BBQ Grill - Patio with alfresco dining and BBQ grill (let us know in advance if you plan to use the grill; we must apply a $65 fee to cover the cost of setup and cleaning)
- TRASH DISPOSAL: Please dispose trash in the plastic bench to keep a clean home.
- ONLINE PURCHASE: If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them. Keep in mind we are not responsible for unexpected issues with your online purchases. If you have any questions, please contact us.
- VALET TRASH PICK-UP: Door-step collection begins after 11 AM - 7 days a week. Please bag and tie all waste loose items are a safety hazard and will not be collected. Do not include needles or other sharp objects. Please breakdown all cardboard boxes. In addition, there s also a Community dumpster available for trash disposal.
- PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
- THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING: Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals.
- STARTER SUPPLIES: We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.
- HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
- ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY IF NOT COMPLIED when the owner has to fix something or pay for an extra cleaning.
